Notice of Withdrawal & Right of Withdrawal (Widerruf)

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their self-employed professional activity:

1. Notice of Withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)

As every print is produced specifically for your personal order, we would like to point out that the right of withdrawal is generally excluded for these items.

However, we understand that circumstances may arise in which you change your mind before your art print goes into production, or that the print does not meet your expectations when it arrives. To accommodate these cases, we offer the following goodwill solutions:

  • Before production begins: If you wish to cancel your order before the printing process begins, we will gladly offer you a merchandise voucher for the full order value. This gives you the freedom to make a new choice at a later time.

  • After receiving the print: If the art print does not meet your expectations, we likewise offer a merchandise voucher for the full order value. We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to take back prints.

Please note that the cost of return shipping, should it be necessary, is borne by you. We recommend sending your return shipment insured to protect yourself in the event of loss.
