Overview: Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

All prices incl. VAT; for deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply.

Shipping Carriers

We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us directly (service@djahedarichers.com, subject: shipping quote) and we will do our best to find an individual solution for you.

Delivery Times

Your delivery is ready for dispatch 1-2 days after proper receipt of your order. We print Monday to Friday. Orders received on Fridays after 12:00 noon are printed on the following Monday (except public holidays). Delivery within Germany takes 3–5 business days. Deliveries to Switzerland and Austria take 5–7 business days.

Within our production hours, when paying in advance (Vorkasse) the delivery period begins one day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank. For other payment methods, the period begins one day after conclusion of the contract, within our production hours. Our production hours run from Monday, 9:00 am to Friday, 6:00 pm. For orders received on Fridays after 12:00 noon, the period begins on the following Monday (except public holidays). The period ends upon expiry of its last day. No deliveries can be made on Sundays and public holidays. If Sundays and/or public holidays fall within the delivery period, it is automatically extended by the number of (business) days on which no delivery is possible.

We always do our best to ensure that you can hold your order in your hands as quickly as possible. Should a delay nevertheless occur, please send us an email with your order number.

Shipment Tracking

So that you always know where your delivery is, we will send you an email with all shipping information, including a tracking link, as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:

• Prepayment (Vorkasse)

When paying by credit card, the charge is made upon conclusion of the contract.

For advance bank transfers, we ship the goods once payment has been received.

Purchases on invoice are processed with "Klarna" as the payment provider. This means you pay Klarna. Please log in to Klarna with your email address to view your payment details.

Shipping Terms

We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland.

The stated shipping costs include statutory VAT and are charged as a flat rate. Please note that when shipping to a non-EU country, additional taxes and customs fees may apply. We have no influence on customs processing. Any customs fees as well as taxes and duties are always borne by the recipient.

Notice of Withdrawal & Refunds

As every print is produced specifically for your personal order, we would like to point out that the right of withdrawal (Widerruf) is generally excluded for these items.

However, we understand that circumstances may arise in which you change your mind before your art print goes into production, or that the print does not meet your expectations when it arrives. To accommodate these cases, we offer the following goodwill solutions:

• Before production begins: If you wish to cancel your order before the printing process begins, we will gladly offer you a merchandise voucher for the full order value. This gives you the freedom to make a new choice at a later time.

• After receiving the print: If the art print does not meet your expectations, we likewise offer a merchandise voucher for the full order value. We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to take back prints.

Please note that the cost of return shipping, should it be necessary, is borne by you. We recommend sending your return shipment insured to protect yourself in the event of loss.

Further Information About the Payment Provider Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is always made to Klarna:

• Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods. You can find the invoice purchase terms for deliveries to Germany here, for deliveries to Austria here and for Switzerland here.
  
• Sofort: Your account is debited immediately after the order is placed.

Use of the invoice payment method requires a positive credit check. To this end, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of initiating and processing the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
