Your satisfaction is close to our hearts.

We always do our best to offer you a high-quality, flawless product. That is why every print undergoes a final quality check before leaving our print lab.

Should your order nevertheless arrive damaged or the delivery go missing, send us an email with the subject "We need to talk" to service@djahedarichers.com. Please attach two to three photos of the damaged goods, state your full name and order number, and briefly describe the damage in a few bullet points. We will then get back to you immediately to replace the goods.

Complaints apply exclusively to faulty goods or goods damaged in transit. Please bear in mind that deviations in color tone or shading can vary from device to device and also depend on the individual calibration of your monitor.
